BZ Boot Camp is not your typical Boot Camp class. We structure our classes around a 45 minute total body workout that combines both indoor and outdoor activities, weights, endurance, compound exercises and plyometrics. Each class is designed to teach you proper form, increase your strength, tone up and sculpt your body to achieve the results you deserve and always leave you wanting more!

Three class times available: 6am / 9:30am / 6pm
