In September 2011 I had my first child and for the first time I had to lose a lot of weight and I needed to get back into shape. A friend of mine recommended doing boot camp with Body Zone Fitness. I was introduced to BodyZone Fitness in 2011 after I became a new parent. BodyZone Fitness and more specifically Sue and Lisa have lead me to a weight I have not seen in a decade. In the last year I have lost 30 pounds and feel great.
