I have been training with Body Zone Fitness for 2 months now.
Before I started with BZF I didn’t have a ton of knowledge on eating and how food really affects my energy and body. It’s been hard cutting out sugar and wine and limiting it to weekends or special events but watching my body transform through just small changes has been motivating and encouraging me to continue on my fitness journey.
Jenn and Lisa have helped me develop a fitness plan to reach goals that are attainable and not unrealistic. I still have my treats and a flexible eating plan which makes the transition to living a healthy lifestyle easy and enjoyable.
They truly do make fitness fit you, with working out my work schedule and eating restrictions.
I feel healthier; I now have visible muscle definition and am leaner.
I also have developed more confidence in myself and my appearance through their encouragement and motivation at each session. They push me past my threshold in a safe and encouraging environment, where I believe I really can do it. I can’t wait to do my next check in and see more results!
